Prototype 3 Ideation (2nd Nov)

I knew for my third prototype that I wanted to go into the Unreal Engine 4 [1 ] as this is a heavily sort after engine within the games industry. I also knew that I wanted me next prototype to be more environment design / level designed focused, thus when the new theme was announced as ‘Local’ this seemed like the prefect theme. I threw a couple of ideas at my brainstorm but the idea that stuck with me was the concept of trying to find a killer or someone with a dark secret within your village. With this type of game I would however be restricted by the assets available in the Unreal engine (which I needed to be free), I was fortunate though to come across a free village asset in the Unreal store, which is a woodland modular asset, which works well with me idea.

Home is where one Stars, was one of the main inspirations for this game and is the game that I will be referencing during development of my game.
